Welcome to Instant Meet! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Slack app and any related services (collectively, the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definition

• "App" refers to Instant Meet, including all its features, functionality, and related services.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity who accesses or uses the App.
• "Account" refers to Instant Meet app access in your Slack workspace

Scope of Services

• The App offers features that allow users to create instant Google meeting link and share it with others in channel, groups or dm in Slack
• The App is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, and we disclaim any warranties or representations regarding its performance.

User Obligations

• By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as any applicable laws and regolations.
• By using InstantMeet App, you agree that we may use information about your organization, including its name, as a user of our app for promotional or marketing purposes. We may list your organization as a user on our website or in marketing materials. If you do not wish to be mentioned, please contact us at support@instantapp.tech to request removal from our list of users
• You shall not engage in any unauthorized activities, including but not limited to:
  • Accessing or using the App for any illegal or malicious purposes.
  • Interfering with the operation or security of the App.
  • Distributing or transmitting any malware, viruses, or harmfol code.
  • Violating the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
  • Engaging in any activity that coold disrupt or negatively impact the App's functionality or user experience.

Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and software, are the property of Instant Meet or its licensors. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.
• You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App or any of its content without prior written permission from Instant Meet.

Payment and Services

• The App operates on a yearly charge payment model. By purchasing a year's license, you are granted access to the App's services for the duration of one year from the date of payment.
• Once the year license is purchased and activated, you are entitled to use the App's services for the agreed-upon duration of one year. The license is non-transferable and is only valid for the purchasing entity or individual. we retain the right to modify subscription prices for both new and existing customers.
• If you choose not to continue using the App's services for a consecutive year, you may simply stop paying for the license fee for the next year. Your access to the App and its services will be discontinued at the end of the current license period. The yearly license fee is non-refundable.

Privacy and Data Collection

• We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
• The App may utilize third-party services. Such data collection is subject to the terms and policies of the respective third-party providers.

Account Management

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we suspect any unauthorized or abusive activity.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or accessible at all times.

Changes in Terms and Conditions

• We may update this Terms from time to time. The most current version will be effective upon posting on our website. By continuing to use the App after changes are made, you acknowledge and agree to the revised Terms and conditions

Governing Law
